Frequently Asked Questions:
Below are the most Frequently Asked Questions about the <Block Name Here> block:
What do I do if the card loads to “Unable to read partition as FAT”?
This usually indicates one of two things. First, is if you are not using the Micro SD Card slot in the CPU. Using a USB adapter causes this error because the CPU cannot expand its drive or load the OS using this method. Make sure to install the card with the Micro SD Card slot only.
Second, if you are using the Micro SD Card slot, this error could indicate an issue with the installation of the DAKOS. In this case, reach out to the support team through the AI Chatbot and supply us with the order number. From there we can assist you further.
Some customers mean SD card when they say SIM card. If they say SIM, assume they mean SD Card.
