The Screen Schedule (available on Plus and Pro Plans) allows you to schedule what screen you want to appear on your display at and for specified times. Unlike your loops, which allow you to display for a predetermined amount of time and then move on to the next, the Screen Schedule allows you to set the specific times of the day that a screen will appear on your display. For example, this is perfect if you have a Display in a home office and you want to have your Before, During, and After work Screen.
NOTE: Due to the unique way the Predefined Screen URL is generated, it cannot be added to your Loop or Screen Scheduler. This is why it is not included in the list of available Screens.
Setting A Screen Schedule:
You can create a Screen Schedule using the following steps:
Open the Schedules Tab from your DAKboard account page and click Add a Schedule:
Set a name for your Schedule and select a Screen or Loop from the menu to the right of the Add Scheduleside of the screen:
Click on the Edit Pencil icon next to the screen you want to set a schedule for and select the Days and the times you want this screen to display:
If you want the same screen to show again at a later time or on different days than what was selected, you can add the same screen to the schedule and select those times. Complete the schedule as you see fit and click SAVE to create it in your list of schedules:
From here go to your Displays & Devices tab, and click the thumbnail under the Assigned column:
Select the Schedules tab at the top add your Schedule to the Display and click SAVE:
From here your display will now run the Screen Schedule and display the screens at the times you have designated them to show.
Remove A Screen Schedule:
As with any Screen, Loop, or Device, a Schedule can be removed from your account. To do this, go to your Schedules page, click the three dots in the lower right-hand corner of the thumbnail, and select Delete Schedule:
