DAKboard users are never expected to receive an error 500 message, as this indicates a system error. If you do receive any kind of error 500 messages while using the platform, please review the Status Page and check for any open outages. If any service is in an active outage, the incident response team is already notified and working towards a solution as quickly as possible.
If there is no open outage, this error may be localized to your account. Please contact us via the Chat Icon on the bottom right of the screen. Start a conversation with the AI Chatbot and type Create Support Ticket. The AI Chatbot will assist you in making your ticket and will notify the incident response team.
