This guide is to help you when you are having trouble with the DAKboard Services. It will help you locate articles you can use, links to help you report bugs, or even show you where you can request new integrations.

Predefined Screens:

Predefined screens offer a limited experience by design in Free and Paid Subscriptions, unlike custom screens. This is because these are meant to be used with the Free Subscription and what we offer there. The Predefined Screen Editor is significantly different than the Custom Screen Editor. To learn more about this, see our article How to Use the Predefined Screen Editor.

Custom Screens:

With the Custom Screen available with all Paid Subscription Plans, you have full access to all of our integrations. Each of these integrations and services we offer are linked to the Blocks you place on these Screens. Each integration and service will have its own needs and tools available in the Block editors to help you set up and use these features. See our article How to Use the Custom Screen Live Editor to learn how to use this feature.

Error 500:

DAKboard users are never expected to receive an error 500 message, as this indicates a system error. If you do receive any kind of error 500 messages while using the platform, please review the Status Page and check for any open outages. If any service is in an active outage, the incident response team is already notified and working towards a solution as quickly as possible.

If there is no open outage, this error may be localized to your account. Please contact us via the Chat Icon on the bottom right of the screen. Start a conversation with the AI Chatbot and type Create Support Ticket. The AI Chatbot will assist you in making your ticket and will notify the incident response team.

Opening a Bug:

We're currently utilizing GitHub to track and prioritize all bugs and issues on DAKboard. Any bugs that occur on the DAKboard can be posted here. If you are looking to request new integrations, new screens, and updates to existing features of dakboard.com, use the link below:
