With your DAKboard subscriptions, you may need to change your Credit or Debit card. This article will show you how to make this change in your DAKboard account. 



Accessing your Billing Page:


To access your Billing Page, click the user icon in the upper right corner and select Billing from the dropdown menu. See below:



Here you can access and change your Billing plan or view your Subscription invoices. To change your Card information, click the Replace Card button in the Payment Method section:



Once this is done, you will be presented with the Add A Card Screen. Here, enter your Name as it appears on your Card, enter your ZIP or Postal Code, add your Credit card information, making sure to enter your ZIP or Postal Code again at the end if asked for, then click Add Card to complete the update. See Below:



Once completed, your next billing cycle will be charged to your new card.

What Payment Methods can I use?


Currently, DAKboard only supports paying for subscriptions by using a Credit or Debit card. No other payment methods are available.



What if I don't have a ZIP Code?


All Credit and Debit cards require a Billing address. If your country does not use ZIP codes, you can enter your Postal or Regional Codes here instead.



Why is it saying my ZIP Code is missing when I entered it?


For Most credit cards, you will need to enter your ZIP code twice, once in the block labeled ZIP Code and once at the end of the Credit or Debit Card block after the CVC number. See above. Make sure you enter it in both places, or it will fail to update.
