With your DAKboard subscriptions, you may need to change your Credit or Debit card. This article will show you how to make this change in your DAKboard account. 



Accessing your Billing Page:


To access your Billing Page, click the user icon in the upper right corner and select Billing from the dropdown menu. See below:



Here you can access and change your Billing plan or view your Subscription invoices. To change your Card information, click the Replace Card button in the Payment Method section:



Once this is done, you will be presented with the Add A Card Screen. Here, enter your Name as it appears on your Card, your Credit card information, expiration date, CVV code, and your ZIP or Postal Code at the end, then click Add Card to complete the update. See Below:




Once completed, your next billing cycle will be charged to your new card.

What Payment Methods can I use?


Currently, DAKboard only supports paying for subscriptions by using a Credit or Debit card. No other payment methods are available.



What if I don't have a ZIP Code?


All Credit and Debit cards require a Billing address. If your country does not use ZIP codes, you can enter your Postal or Regional Codes here instead.



What do I do when my billing method gives an error when trying to add a card?


Depending on the error message, you may need to try again or reach out to our Support Desk Team to get further assistance. If trying again results in the same error, take a screenshot of it, use the ChatBot to create a support ticket, and when you receive the confirmation email, respond to it to include the error message and screenshot. Our Support Desk Team will get back to you as soon as possible to assist you further.
