Orders placed in the DAKboard shop may be canceled before they are shipped.  

How do I Cancel my Order?:

To cancel an order, review your order confirmation email and select View your order:

An order summary window will then present an option for you to cancel your order, click Cancel Order.

Why is There no Cancel Option Displayed for my Order?:

This will only happen on the shipping confirmation email. Once an item has shipped it cannot be canceled, this cannot be overridden. You may start a return by visiting the  DAKboard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee page if you wish to return it once you receive the item.
