Orders placed on the DAKboard shop may be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, review your order confirmation email and select View your order:
An order summary window will then present an option for you to cancel your order, click Cancel Order.

Q: A cancel option is not displayed for my order?
A: Once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled, this cannot be overridden. You may start a return by visiting the DAKboard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee page.
