You can use DAKboard to Display your Google Sheets and Slideshows on your Custom Screens available with all paid subscriptions. This article will supply you with the steps to accomplish this.

Add Google Sheets to your Custom Screen:

Google Sheets is a simple and flexible way to embed lots of different data within DAKboard. Follow along below to learn how to add a Google Sheets document to DAKboard.

From within a Google Sheets document, click on File, and then under Share click Publish to web:

Next, make sure the Link tab is highlighted, and click the Publish button. Do not use Embed as this link will not work:

Now, highlight and copy the URL:

Back in DAKboard, edit a custom screen, click the Add a Block button, and add a Website/iFrame block:

Position the block as desired, then click the block to open the Edit tool, then paste in the copied URL, and click Save Changes:

Lastly, preview your screen to see the Google Sheets document alongside your other content blocks!

Add Google Slideshow to your Custom Screen:

With Google Slides, you can build presentations right in your web browser—no special software is required. Even better, multiple people can work on slides at the same time, you can see people’s changes as they make them, and every change is automatically saved.

Using the "Publish to Web" feature of Google Slides, you can add the slideshow to your DAKboard through the Website/iFrame block on your Custom Screen.

From within a Google Slides document, click on File, and then under Share click Publish to web:

Next, make sure the Embed tab is selected. Then check the boxes for Start slideshow as soon as the player loads and Restart slideshow after the last slide if you want the Slideshow to autorun and click Publish to create the Embed URL:

You can also adjust the size of the slides to make them better fit the Block you intend to use and the speed that the slides will advance. Then highlight and copy just the URL inside the quotes as shown below:

Next, back in DAKboard, edit a custom screen, and add a "Website/iFrame" block:

Position the block as desired, then click it to open the Edit Button. Paste in the copied URL and then click Save:

In the editor, your Slide show will start to play so you can position it the way you like.
