On our Paid Subscriptions in your DAKboard Custom Screens, you can now link your Tempest Weather Station to your Displays. Check out the article below to learn how.
Add a Tempest Block:
To add a Tempest block, open your Custom Screen Editor, click on the Add A Block button, click on the Weather section, or search for Tempest to select the block. See below:
Once your block is added, open your block editor, and click on the Authorize Your Tempest Account button as seen below:
This will open the authentication page for your account. Click Allow to grant the permissions to access your account.
Configure Your Block:
Once your account is approved you can start configuring your Block. Select your Station and add in the Observations to Show section, all the items you wish to see in your block. See our example below:
Set how often you want your data fetched and click save. From here your block should look something Like this:
You can now also change between Celsius and Fahrenheit as well as other units of measurement by selecting the Units Metric or Imperial in the settings tab as seen below:
