• How to Delete Your DAKboard Account:

If you would like to delete your DAKboard account (screens, configurations, media, etc), you can follow the steps below.  Once the account has been deleted, there will be no way for the DAKboard support team to recover your account. If you would rather cancel your account use our article How to Cancel Your Subscription.

How to Delete Your DAKboard Account:

Login to your DAKboard account, click on User Icon in the upper right-hand corner, and click Account from the dropdown Menu as seen below:

Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account":

NOTE: This will permanently delete your account and all related data. This also deletes your subscription from our service manager. If you need a refund of your subscription per our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, we recommend you create a Support Ticket first so your account information will be easier to find.
