If you would like to delete your DAKboard account (screens, configurations, media, etc), you can follow the steps below.
Once the account has been deleted, there will be no way for the DAKboard support team to recover your account. If you would rather cancel your account, use our article How to Cancel Your Subscription.
How to Delete Your DAKboard Account:
Log in to your DAKboard account, click on User Icon in the upper right-hand corner, and click Account from the dropdown Menu as seen below:
Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete My Account":
NOTE: This will permanently delete your account and all related data. This also deletes your subscription from our service manager. If you need a refund of your subscription per our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, we recommend you reach out first so your account information will be easier to find.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Below are the most Frequently Asked Questions about canceling your Subscription:
What do I do if I get a CSRF Error?
CSRF Errors can be caused by several issues. See our article What to do when you get a CSRF Error to see how to correct this.
Why do Billing Changes Require a Password?
All billing changes you make to your account that will require billing updates, like adding an Additional Custom Screen beyond your Limit or changing your Subscription Plan, will require you to use your account password to authenticate yourself as the owner of the account. If you choose to add a password to your Google-Authenticated account, any future changes to your billing will require this account password. If you forget your password, you can reset it by using the "Forgot your password?" button from the login modal.
Can I get a Refund for my Subscription?
If you are within the DAKboard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and seek a refund, start a conversation with the AI Chatbot and type Create Support Ticket to reach out to us. Make sure you include your Username or Email that is associated with your account.
Can a deleted account be recovered?
No. Once you delete the account, all associated data is removed from our service. We do not have backups of any of your data.
