This article is for Common issues we have seen with Package Delivery. If you have experienced any of these issues, please check the FAQ below to see if this resolves the issue for you.


USPS Reporting Package Delivered but no Package:


Tracking for packages shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS) can be reported as Delivered up to 48 hours prior to the actual delivery. This seems to happen most often around the holidays. 


If you have experienced this, you can either wait 48 hours to see if your package gets delivered, or reach out to your local Post office and have them confirm if the package was mis-delivered or reported delivered early. If the package was confirmed mis-delivered and was not able to be recovered by you or the post office, please create a Support Ticket and supply us with the details from the Post Office so that we can start the replacement delivery for you. 



USPS shipping to countries outside the US, Canada, or the UK:


We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most of our CPU and SD card shipping, this helps keep our prices competitive. The USPS has agreements with the US, Canada, and the UK to keep tracking active once it leaves the US and arrives in these countries. If you ordered from us and are not in one of these countries, your tracking will end once it lands in your country.


You can reach out to your postal service and request they supply shipping details to be able to continue tracking the delivery. We recommend that before you report a product missing or a failure to deliver, reach out to your Local Postal service and confirm the order's whereabouts. If you are informed that the device failed to be delivered or was lost, reach out to us by creating a Support Ticket.  Please be aware that destination countries may charge taxes or import/customs fees and unfortunately, DAKboard has no visibility or control over this. Please check with your local customs office for more details.



Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request:


If you are dissatisfied with your product and wish to return it to us, you may request an RMA within 30 days of the delivery of the product.
