If your DAKboard is showing the setup instructions or the DAKboard Home Page, and not your DAKboard predefined or custom screen, as Seen below:

You can follow these steps to fix it.

Remove and Re-add the Display:

On a computer/tablet etc. that is on the same WiFi network as your DAKboard display, log in to your DAKboard account and click on Displays & Devices in the main menu. Click the three dots next to the desired display, then select Remove Device:

Next, click the "Add" button and enter the name and Serial Number (for devices on OS version 2.32 and older) or Link Code for devices on OS version 3.30 and 103.31 and newer) to add the display to your account again. If your Display does not return to the Registration page and display the Link Code. Reboot your device by unplugging and plugging the power back in. Once it boots it should advance to your registration page and display your new Link Code.

Within 15-20 seconds the display should update and show a "Done" message and then begin showing your DAKboard screen.

If the display does not update, continue on and manually copy over the URL.

Manually Copy the Display URL:

If removing and re-adding the display didn't work, manually copying the display URL is another method to fix this. Click the three dots next to the desired display, then select Settings:

Next, highlight and copy the Display URL field, or click the copy button next to the Display URL field:

Then, select View Device Settings:

Note: your display needs to be powered on and connected to the same wifi network as your computer or phone to use the View Device Settings option.

When the Settings Page opens, scroll down to the DAKboard Private URL (OS version 3.21/103.24 and older) or Advanced section (OS version 3.30 or 103.31 and newer) and paste your copied URL into the URL text field:

Click the Save Changes or Save and Reboot button, and the display should update, and begin displaying your screen.

Note: If the display doesn't automatically begin showing your screen, you may need to restart it by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
